Nursing home abuse prevention can be better tackled by addressing the problems of nursing home staffing. By allowing families to have additional and increased amounts of information can also help nursing home abuse prevention by being able to better distinguish between good and bad facilities. The sooner facilities implement nursing home abuse prevention plans, the sooner our nation can start eliminate unnecessary death, injury, and illness that has affected a large portion of the country’s elders.
