February 22nd , 2008
A man in San Luis Obispo recently filed a suit on behalf of his late mother claiming the nursing home where she lived is responsible for her sudden death.

Compass Health in Question
Jay Cameron has filed the suit against Compass Health, which is a local corporation that owns six nursing homes, including Mission Valley View Center, where his mother was a resident.
Cameron says that the home committed elder abuse, fraud, wrongful death and negligence by violating his mother’s rights while she was at the home.
